01 / Using PluginBank
These terms cover your use of the PluginBank website, accounts, licensing, and related services. By creating an account or ordering a service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Separate third-party services and any software licenses supplied with a plugin have their own terms.
02 / Accounts & licenses
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and license keys private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
A license provides the services and entitlements described for your selected product and plan. Domain-bound licenses apply to the associated website; licenses that bind on first use connect to the website where they are first activated. A site name used as a label is not itself a website binding. Do not share or resell keys without permission.
Buying a subscription does not transfer ownership of PluginBank’s branding or hosted services. Nothing here overrides rights granted by an applicable open-source software license.
03 / Plans & billing
Free plans do not require a paid subscription. For paid plans, the price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. A new subscription is a separate purchase unless checkout explicitly says it changes an existing plan. Failed or overdue payments may interrupt paid services.
We will communicate changes to an existing subscription’s price or material billing terms before they take effect, with any notice required by law, so you can cancel before the next charge.
NO LOCK-IN
04 / Cancel at any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Sign in to your account, open Billing settings or the relevant license’s Manage billing link, and follow the cancellation steps in Stripe’s billing portal. Check the confirmation for the effective date and any remaining paid access.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, the subscription remains active until that date. There is no cancellation fee.
Uninstalling a plugin, disabling a license, or ceasing to use it does not cancel its paid subscription. Cancel each subscription you no longer need through billing. If you cannot access the portal, contact us for help canceling.
Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Any refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
05 / Your responsibilities
Use the services lawfully and only for websites and data you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to bypass licensing or security, misuse another person’s account, or interfere with the service.
You are responsible for your website, configuration, credentials, backups, and any personal information you collect through plugins. Test changes and restore procedures, keep independent copies of important data, and provide any privacy notices or permissions your own use requires. Backup tools and alerts are not a guarantee against data loss.
06 / Availability & support
Features, compatibility requirements, and support depend on the selected product and plan. We aim to keep services reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular performance result, or compatibility with every hosting setup or third-party plugin.
We may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention, and may suspend access for material violations of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it. We will provide legally required notice and remedies for material changes or discontinuation of a paid service.
07 / Liability & your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated for your plan or required by law. To the same extent, PluginBank is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of the services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective digital content, refunds, or withdrawal where applicable.
08 / Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised terms here, update the date, and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
For account, billing, or other questions about these terms, contact PluginBank. We will work with you to resolve concerns.
